Executive Education Programme for Strategic Quality Management

 

MQ Pro - Professional Master of Quality, previously known as MQ - Master of Quality, is the widest quality philosophy based programme for executives in Finland. In the MQ Pro programme, quality management is regarded as a strategic, general management issue.

 The objective of the MQ Pro programme is to improve quality and productivity of commercial and industrial organisations and public administration in order to secure competitiveness and welfare. Internalising quality philosophy means a profound change in organisations so that their products, services and processes are constantly improved to meet the customers´ needs. When implemented persistently, quality management brings an organisation capabilities that have become all the more important elements of competition.

The MQ Pro programme is targeted primarily at professionals who have a university degree and work experience: executives of the organisations or people working in positions of leadership in the future. Nearly 400 top level managers and directors have successfully completed the training programme in Finland.

15-20 participants are taken into the programme each year. The next programme begins in February 2013. The teachers of the MQ Pro programme are top quality experts in Finland. The lectures are given in Finnish.
