Terms of Cancellation

For cancellations received after acceptance 25% of the fee will be charged. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the training start date 50% of the fee will be charged. Exception: cancellation because of illness, which must be informed immediately and verified by medical certification. The total fee will be charged if no cancellation notice has been received by us.

For the China module the travel agency´s cancellation policy is applied.

It is possible to transfer registration to another employee of the same organization. The training is started if there are enough participants in the beginning of the training.  All rights reserved.
