Working under extreme pressure businesses are challenging every investment project. If only you could make a quantum leap at the start, shorten the delivery time and reduce the budget. Many will say this is a myth, yet it has been proven feasible. This seminar will challenge existing methodologies and put substance to the word “soft skills”. The competence baseline for project managers changed considerably with the publication of version 3. Social skills have been defined important and not without a reason. Yet in practice it’s hard to implement and even harder to prove bottom line results.

So let’s start where the rubber meets the road and see how the start or re-start of a project can be turned into a money making activity. The seminar will introduce you to the mechanics of high value and interactive teamwork. How to familiarize the team, get team members to agree on goals and objectives, develop a committed plan of action and reduce risk. A true experience as you will use the methods and the day will follow the project (re)start-up format. The seminar is worth attending for program- and project managers, line management and senior management acting as project sponsor or project owner.

Henk Bellinga Owner and principal Advitec BV
		Senior Consultant, Facilitator and Interim Manager. Specializes in Project start-up, Team Alignment, Project Interventions and Strategic Alliance management. BSc in Mechanical Engineering and MSc in Construction management. Worked as Director Strategic Corporate Accounts Europe with Honeywell Industrial Automation. 25+ years of experience in program- and  project management both in Construction and ICT. Founder and methodology designer of the Honeywell Project Definition and Start-Up consultancy program. Board member of the Dutch Process Industry Network, former board member of the Dutch Association of Cost Engineers and former Chairman of the Dutch Project Management Institute. Active consultant, coach, trainer and lecturer in Master Class programs from leading Universities and Institutes in Finland, Poland, Austria and the Netherlands. Recent assignments focus on trouble shooting projects, start-up of strategic projects, implementation of program management, global distributed teamwork and strategic co-operation and development of intercompany alliances.
